HIGH pressure die casting die design (hpdc)
The molten metal is injected at a very high pressure inside a closed cavity to take the shape of the internal cavities and ejected after solidification. Most suited metals are zinc, Aluminium, magnesium, copper, lead, and tin. Near net shape of castings can be cast. External Threads can be cast in Zinc alloys.
